 100E Popular not introduced until 1959/60 upon deletion of the 103E “upright” design. Before that the poverty model 100E was the 2 door Anglia.

 Pimple hubcaps were late 50s, and I think Popular 100E had same pointed hubcaps as Amglia 105E (and the Cortina in the pic)..
