Early 2002 XLT do not have fog lamps. 2002 brochure: Link to "www.motorologist.com" - note fog lamps only appear with Eddie Bauer & Limited. 2003 brochure: http://www.auto-brochures.com/makes/Ford/Explorer/Ford_US%20Explorer_2003.pdf - First year fogs are available on XLT. Eddie Bauer. Early 2002 XLT do not have fog lamps.

2003 brochure: http://www.auto-brochures.com/makes/Ford/Explorer/Ford_US%20Explorer_2003.pdf - First year fogs are available on XLT.
