The name "Belarus" is the tractor name..it has nothing to do with the designation of an area of USSR, Belarus tractors are built at Minsk Tractor Works (founded 1946). |

And Minsk is the capital of Belarus. Assuming that the registration plate is genuine, this one was made/first registered in 1996, so the country of origin is Belarus, not the USSR. |
