No bumper rails so no US model? 1960+ (August 6, 1959) push button door handle, 1961+ (August 1, 1960) window washer, but not the two compartment taillights (May 2, 1961 for German market, July 31, 1961 all others) makes this a MY1961 French number plate, it would seem
