This is just a guess, but I would say mid '60s plymouth valiant or dodge dart (based on the roofline). Could also be an australian chrysler VE or VC valiant.

It's a Studebaker, probably a 1964 Lark Eight Cruiser [64V].

According to my source, the "Lark" name was officially dropped for 1964 (although the public still referred to them as Larks). Otherwise, though, DynaMike is correct.
