Yep, you're right about the badge. It could even be a 1989-91, or possibly a brand new 1992 model which would've been sold early in mid-1991. But that just depends on the filming dates.

A-pillar mounted mirrors was not offered on the 1986-1988 Cargo Van according to the brochures. See below; there isn't any mention of them being offered.
