nzcarnerd ◊ 2007-05-16 02:49	It looks later than 1905. I know Benz did many different models from very small to very big. I would guess this car at more like 1910-12 - particularly as it has front doors.

Sunbar ◊ 2007-05-16 14:33	It only appears briefly in the movie and therefore it's unlikely I think that it was 'made-for-movie' totally, unless it was originally made for a different movie. However it was possibly modified to appear to be a WWI German car from whatever car was available to the studio in the UK.
