Fairly sure plate is Fxx0 UPC = genuine Jan 89 series; UPG, UFG and UPG did not come with F. The xx looks like some combination of 3,4,5,6,8 but no matches to a Ferrari. On this picture xx0 UPC is possible (so a cherished/transferred 1961 plate) but rerunning the other footage the F is present. |

^ ABC 123A format was 1963 to July 1983. Then A123 ABC Aug 1983 to August 2001. Then current AB 51 ABC format (with 51-02-52-03-53- etc sequence now the dating element). |
