A bit confusing as has Sept 85+ number plate on bumper - previously beneath it - but doesn't seem to have a front spoiler, or fogs or headlamp wipers/washers, so my guess is a very early one, maybe with replaced bumper. And perhaps HK-spec meant fogs and wipers were omitted??
