This is a ca. 1976 - 1979 BMW 320 or 320i. The black plastic on the tailgate came in late 1975 (MY 1976), and the four headlights indicate a 320, 320i or 323i. The 323i would have an additional badge in the front grille. The yellow headlights could maybe indicate a second-hand import from France. |

It has the U.S. spec bumpers and sidemarkers as well as the 1980-83 side mirrors which makes it a 320i since that was the only E21 model offered in that market. |
