With the help of the thumbnails it's possible to see it has bumpers with overiders. This detail combined with this front grille identify a 1960/61 car. |

LHD. No trace now of 12 MM, but it was Middlesex Jan 61 to May 62 "allocated in blocks". Is the tax disc normal UK or something unusual? |

Apart from being on the wrong side of the car, it certainly resembles a British tax disc as I recall it. Irrespective of the position of the steering wheel, the theory was that the small print should be legible to a copper on the pavement.
