As only 18 Princess Landaulettes were made - https://www.flickr.com/photos/99487145@N02/15986106995 (but unclear if this is 18 VdP-only landaulettes or across Austin and Princess brands as well) - I guess it came from Liz's UK fleet for the tour; can't decide if actually black or a very very dark green. Seems to have lots of different positions - open, part closed, fully closed - as required; some surprising rough edges in close-up

but seems to have same conversion as the Austin Landaulette seen in 1957.

New info: there were only 18 Princess Landaulettes 1953-67, so running across Austin/Princess/VdP naming phases. All went to "Crown Estates" (which I assume means Royal Fleet) or to Governors and equivalent diplomatic big cheeses across Empire/Commonwealth. #16 of the 18 was chassis DM4-16235, built Oct/Nov 65 and sent in Dec 65 to British Guyana, black with light blue/grey interior, so must be this one.
