The doctor's car when Raymond was born (real date January 18 1934) - Ruby was introduced July 1934. By the 1970s, their doctor had a Rover 3.5 Litre Coupé. |

The Ruby and the Ten Lichfield both appear to have introduced the painted tapering radiator surround at more or less the same time in late 1934, replacing the chrome plated style used on Austin cars up to that time. I called this as a Ruby, despite the apparently earlier style of spare wheel mounting because of the tin front. |
