Decapitated Bristol Lodekka of some sort, perhaps.

Maybe this might help.

I think it's more like this one with the driver's side windows curved at the bottom: https://c4.staticflickr.com/3/2441/3569103891_1a30222b1b_z.jpg

There were several variants of Lodekka, concerning chassis length, coachbuilder, engine fitted, door positions. I was more interested to find a view of one with the roof chopped, bearing in mind that this is an animation. Not many of the other half cab tin front double deckers look quite like a Lodekka from the front, particularly the curve at the lower part of the driver's windscreen except maybe the Foden, and I've never heard of an open top intentionally on one of those.

Not me, that's for sure. Is it something modern?

No, have no fear, it's none of that super-hip rubbish of today; it's just that the letter R in "Tour Bus" is written backwards, which would be read as "Tuya Bus" by a native Cyrillic reader... (Touя Bus)

Thank you. Jokes in Latin maybe, but Cyrillic is a little too far.
