Maybe the Cubans still have some nuts ideas about the value in real money of their old clunkers. As 25 years ago the DDR-citizens had. Used care were bizarrely overpriced and when the D-Mark came at the 1.7.1990, they thought, they could switch the prices from DDR-Mark to D-Mark. But this was an epic failure.
