Narrow wheels without wide rims and they look 2000-style trims (eg /vehicle_557432-Rover-2000-SD1-1982.html ), but has June 84 shiny bumper capping. So despite sunroof, I vote poverty 2000; 82+ 2300 possible as well but no wash/wipe so not 2300 S.
