Why "tourist"? For me this scene looks like from PL. Due the style of the building in the background plus the -in France rather rare IMO- Zastava 1100 left.

:think: a DDR-R9 would be a real rarity (it was in the GENEX-programme for some years), but in this case it would have a different colour - this
