If H308PY78 - 1986 21072.
Polish-spec then, and list as Lada 1300.

So a 2nd hand re-import - interesting. In Poland badged as "Lada 2107", version "1300 S", to not be confused with 2105, badged at the beginning as "Lada 1300 S" (and later as "2105" perhaps too).

Finnish-spec. version is more probably.
Deforced 1.2 2105 and 1.3 2107 were quite popular there.

If we will talk about export versions - should be second-hand import from Finland as well.

But all other 21072s appear in Polish films.

Actually, 21072 wasn't only polish-spec. modification.
It could be imported anywhere.

...in Finland too.
For example:

https://vk.com/wall-61779992_11636
https://vk.com/wall-61779992_9123

So, if it's Leningrad Oblast and it is 21072 - Finnish-spec. version is quite possible.

78 is St. Petersburg (the city). 47 is Leningrad Oblast. But you're right, it is probably from Finland.

Petersburg registration, but this episode was filmed in some village in Oblast' ;)

So, should be 'Made for SF'

These 2nd hand re-imported Ladas weren't too rare. After 1990 in the former DDR the very most, some millions, of the COMECON-made cars were crushed, but quite a lot of Ladas (for a normal DDR-citizen a Lada was the most premium reachable car) were re-exported to Russia.
Many of the Red Army soldiers took Ladas with them, when they left East Germany.

Mossis and Sapos weren't that popular, they were nearly totally crushed.

I bet earlier "Mossi" also would have some value, but at the end of Eastern Block era it was already museum exhibit (I mean the "stereotypical one", not Aleko) and Lada not.

I thought the country of destination was mentioned in plates db. or somwhere, if not, then indeed 21072 was to get in at least few countries.
