1957 MY with one-piece windscreen - near the small sidelights it looks to have non-standard turn indicators fitted below them. |

Rumor has it that they used the host of TOTP's Morris Minor when they appeared of TOTP performing Driving In My Car, But I wonder what happened to the one in the usic video? Sunbar, could you please look that up it shows the license plate in the music video. Thanks. |

There are two Minor convertibles used (by the different side-lights), a 1957 Minor 1000 (948cc) and the later 1964 Minor 1000 (1098cc). Both have the registration "MAD 7" which almost certainly is false and was fitted just for the video. -- Last edit: 2010-01-02 20:12:40 |

If you mean the song from the cover in the thumbnail it's; I've been driving in my car/it's not quite a Jaguar (quite a well known song, at least over here) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYZNSyP9v9M -- Last edit: 2010-03-17 11:26:05 |

That's only really for "famous cars" (Bluesmobile, Back to the Future DeLorean, Aston Martin DB5 in Goldfinger etc.) and cars that are used throughout a film or TV program, this is just a music video. -- Last edit: 2010-03-17 11:23:27 |

When the song is about the car, it is still ok, e.g.: /vehicle_76338-Buick-Electra-1969.html Btw, they mention '59 as year in the song... |
