The choice of purple as a colour isn't too terrible, but it clearly looks like the WCC team really wanted to try to make this thing look race-y, with the stripes, large spoiler, and big "fart-can" exhaust. Oh, and the owner (Christine) was one to get into hysterical tears of happiness when she not only found out her car was going to get "pimped", but also once she saw the final result as well. Christine was featured in the "Where Are They Now?" special that aired a few years later, sadly revealing that her grandmother (who was on the episode) died 3 days after the episode had aired, and that she only drives the car on weekends, so much so that the wheels are taken off the car completely and only put on by her boyfriend. -- Last edit: 2017-07-16 04:31:46 |

it happened to a friend of a friend.. he had a 92-95 Civic hatch that got damaged by a reversing garbage truck . since the left tail light couldn't be reinstalled anymore, he took a 91-94 Tercel one somewhere and squeezed it on the left side of the hatch .. wish i had a camera back then ..  -- Last edit: 2021-05-07 03:41:33 |
