The clue's in the badge on the front of the leading decker! They're both Alexander bodied Leyland Atlantean AN68s. Can't give you much on the Alexander Y bodied single decker though - |

Plate looks similar to 1977 issue XUS 649S (which was a Fiat) |

It's LA1247 (XUS 618S), an Alexander AL bodied Leyland Atlantean AN68A/1R new to Greater Glasgow PTE in June 1978, operating on service 23 (Midland Street - Govan Cross). The Alexander Y Type bodied single decker is owned by Western Scottish and will therefore be a Leyland Leopard. |
