Not an Austin A135 Ambulance but a Bedford K-Type same as here www.imcdb.org/vehicle_24088-Bedford-K-Type.html (except with covered rear wheel-arches).

Bonnet shape is different to Austin A135 and cab window is more square. Side windows also match the K-type.
