A 1947-49 Studebaker Champion, I think.

Tough one.

1947-1952 general range but 1952 is out since the car has no raised hood groove.

If it has a one-piece w/s (and I really can't tell) then 1947-1949 are out as the only cars in that time frame with one-piece windshields were convertibles, Starlight coupes and Land Cruisers.
This is not a convertible or Starlight coupe per the body style visible and cannot be a '47-'49 Land Cruiser because they all had fender vent door chrome strips absent on the subject vehicle.
That would leave only 1950 Land Cruiser or any 1951 sedan as possible choices.

On the other hand, if that IS a 2-piece w/s I see, then all 1951 models are out.
That would leave 1947-1949 Champion or any 1950 sedan (other than Land Cruiser) as available choices.

Can we get a wider shot?

I would've posted it if that was the case.

Can you tell for certain whether or not the car has a one-piece or two-piece windshield?
With those odd reflections, I simply cannot tell on my monitor.
