You probably aren't aware of this or are too young to remember, But before it was called "Grand Wagoneer", It was called "Wagoneer Limited", Then in '84 when Jeep downsized the Cherokee & the standard Wagoneer & the Wagoneer Limited to the compact XJ platform, It was renamed "Grand Wagoneer" That was in '85, There were no Grand Wagoneers being manufactured in '84, So this is most likely a Wagoneer Limited. |

This is not a Cherokee, four door Cherokees did not get this grille. It is also not a Wagoneer Limited as the Limited had full wood grain on the sides. This is either a Wagoneer Custom (or base depending on the year) or Wagoneer Brougham 1979-1983 -- Last edit: 2011-11-23 08:14:43 |
