This is shown by the writing on the BFG tires with "All Terrain Tire" reversed (like in a mirror). It is RHD car (Hong Kong). Mirrored scene to make the car LHD. And the location is computer graphic (Fake-for-movie) Salar de Uyuni (Bolivia, the world's largest salt flat http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salar_de_Uyuni ). edit: edit: I watch the Bou Ying movie after I have a question.
