Indeed assembled in Sweden by ANA, Nyköping. At one time considered the biggest automobile factory in Sweden, although they only made CKD assembly.

The last CKD vehicles were assembled in 1959: /vehicle_381554-Plymouth-Valiant.html

I can't tell if this car has the SAAB front seats or not but it does have mudflaps required for the Swedish market.

Perhaps 'assembly' wasn't the most adequate word possible.
I didn't mean full CKD, but rather that Police cars needed much more work than a simple mudflap or additional direction indicator that a better word than "Made for..." should be used.
I once saw a picture of the amount of equipment and changes that had to be done to change a simple Amazon to a Polis Amazon. That was quite an undertaking. Different rear axle, different engine, different upholstery, more instruments, plenty of relays, and more 'just in case' equipment than can be imagined.
