"Aadlen Bros Auto Wreckers in Burbank, Los Angeles have 242 MNN and BDV 258C as 'eye catchers' for their vehicle breaking business. The former had been reported several times in recent years, but BDV has been missing since 1985 and has been converted to open top at some point." - from http://bcv.robsly.com/recent.html. And http://bcv.robsly.com/242mnn.html , http://bcv.robsly.com/bdv258c.html . So this is probably BDV 258C = 1965 chassis:FLF6G 224158, body:ECW 15062 Series 2 |

The video is currently unavailable on NBC Nightly News's website, but if I recall correctly it was the open-topped one. |
