Rare GXV model (most likely V8 petrol), due to body-colour door handles. RV & GXL models had chrome handles. GXV was the top-of-the-line model until late 2002, when it was replaced with the Sahara (previously this nameplate was used from 1983-1997), but this can't be a Sahara because that update got clear rear indicators, while this one has orange ones. The GXV was also the only model with the 4.7L V8 petrol engine until late 2002, when that engine became standard on all models (a turbo diesel could also be optioned on all model grades as well). Note: from 1998-1999, this was the only Landcruiser in Australia with the J100 code - all other trims were J105. -- Last edit: 2021-02-27 22:35:19 |
