Interesting news here. The first year (October 1990/ 1991 MY) the units were exported to the Philippines. However, it appears production did not begin until the following year in 1991. http://newslabit.hankyung.com/article/1990102700241 https://m.mk.co.kr/news/headline/view/1991/09/10405/ Neither article mentions Beta in the name for this market. Will see if I can find any Filipino Pride badges to compare the nomenclature. |
