1949 Rover P3 KLO 711 eg http://www.classic-and-vintage-cars.com/picture/number6086.asp and other event photos online. Has 2601cc so maybe non-original engine - I don't know these well enough to suggest if 60 or 75 or why some P3 have 2 side windows and others 3.
