The American-sized car that follows the Rolls--1977-1980 Silver Shadow II--was a 1973 Ford(BR)LTD Landau(V-8engine)

The buggy was surely Brazilian-made,but Brand isn't easy to identify(maybe a Glaspac, being one of more known buggy
Makes--now expired--of that Country;undoubtely, but, was VW Beetle-powered,such many of these kind of vehicles)

It's possibly one of these Brazilian BRM buggys...

For headlights position and shape of front end seems more probable

I think it is a Glaspac, but I you trace with some friends.

The Ford LTD Landau is brazilian made (from 72 to 75) with minor changes from year to year.

The scene is in Copacabana beach, Rio de Janeiro.

Answer from friends: it is a Glaspac.

I heard Military Police of Rio de Janeiro only used Bugre. This one is a 1972+ Bugre II built specially for the local police. Later they started using the III, IV and V (thumbs shows a V and two similar Bugre II).
