The Historical-Fire-Engines site has identified a number of the Bedford images incorrectly when the registration numbers are compared including this example.

For the Bedford shown on the site 277WTC the description is as follows

Chassis Type Bedford TJ
Bodywork HCB Angus
Technical Details Water Tender
Registration Number 277WTC
Year Put into Service 1963
Fire Brigade & Owner Cumberland

Confirmed also by this similar Fire Tender Bedford J5
