Seville? I don't think so. Most Cadillac commercial cars (hearses, ambulances, flower cars) are built on special, stretched Cadillac chassis by independent US coach builders like Hess & Eisenhardt, Superior, Miller-Meteor, etc. This one looks as though it was built in the early to mid eighties. |

It is an 84 Landau Victoria by Sayers & Scovill (S&S). |

Sayers & Scovill have been out of business since 1942. They were taken over that year by Hess & Eisenhardt of Cincinnati, OH. The latter kept the initials "S&S" for their own production models, out of respect for the original company. So, more correctly, it's an "S&S" by Hess & Eisenhardt. As for the year and model, they all look the same from 1982 to 1985 so I won't even attempt to guess at the year. So far as I'm concerned, 1984 is good. |

90s Cadillac are less "blocky". This kind of front is for sure a 80s Cadillac. |

Cela ne peut être qu'une 1984-1989. Après les Fleetwood sont différentes (décoration sur le coté) Sur quoi Aziz se base pour dire 1994. Les Cadillacs des années '90 sont différentes. |

It's cool how they did the bullet hole effects. The car actually had a bunch of holes drilled in it which were then packed with small explosive charges. They were then painted over. The charges exploding blew off the paint, making the bullet hole appear. |

http://info.detnews.com/dn/joyrides/2004/volo04/89cadhearse.jpg - this hearse (used in the film) is a 1989 Cadillac Brougham. That Caddy had a couple of scratches after Arnold was behind the wheel!! -- Last edit: 2007-09-05 04:42:26 |

The S&S-Division had been bought out by Superior in 1981, so Hess & Eisenhardt weren´t responsible for S&S-vehicles any longer. So it´s a "1989 Cadillac Funeral Coach S&S Victoria" |
