I think it's a Sapphire 346, 1953-8. Check out the grille: it seems to extend right to the top, unlike the Star Sapphire's. |

Looks to be a 346 Six Light Saloon to me. Certainly not a Royce of any sort. The easiest identification point, the Star's cutaway spat, is hidden. |
