But where was exactly made the Renault Medallions?, perhaps was made in France with U.S specifications

I think that it was indeed made in France, as some Medallion never left France (you can find some). Same for the US version of Peugeot 405 MI16 and few others.

Pretty sure this is a Canadian scene, the Honda Accird in the same scene is also a North American model.
