This is not a cabriolet, it is some kind of landaulet or town car. A cabriolet is a coupe with a fold down top.

It´s the same thing really, but in the original sense this was what a cabriolet looked like. There was a variety of Cabriolets available on Lincoln chassis, it´s difficult to see exactly which one it is though. Some could fold, some couldn´t.
