"Germany" as a model origin for Transits is a default setting. |

Transits were made in UK at Langley (Berkshire) from 1965 launch until 1972 when it moved to Southampton and has continued ever since though closure this year may be imminent. Interesting list of Ford factories old and new around the world at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Ford_factories - no idea how complete it is, but some non-Ford brand assembly as well. |
