Bonnet badge and black roof in 1st thumb look 1965-ish Austin Mini Cooper (maybe even S?? but not Morris which had thicker grille bars), and main could be same car as colour scheme looks similar, plus reflective plates (which are several years too early for UK so French registered). I think both photos have the handlebar over-riders, though difficult to be sure about main. As both photos look as if they're following the R8 in a continuous sequence, is it possible for the same Mini to appear twice or were there 2 cars?

2nd thumb looks ordinary 1963+ Austin/Morris Mini super deluxe.

Maybe...so do you think we should change for an Austin? ...personnally I found the badge rather like Morris than Austin, but you may be right?

This is pretty much what I was thinking:

Can the main and 1st thumb physically be the same car within the film sequence?
