Something about it makes me think it's a 1950 Buick, or at least a Buick made around that time. Must be that Sandy Dennis grille. |

My guess is a 1950 Chevrolet with 1950 Buick grille teeth and 1957 Cadillac "sombrero" wheel covers. Nice looking custom. -KK |

The whole car is 1950 Buick - probably a Special sedanet (46S). It has had the fender lines altered. -- Last edit: 2011-06-09 09:08:28 |

I would seriously doubt that, more likely a 1949-1952 Chevrolet or Pontiac. |

Thats indeed a 1950 Buick with the sidelines alternated (that was always a popular modification). |

Saw this movie again yesterday and came to think of this discussion. I still don't think this is a Buick. People claim this to be a 1950 Chevy with a 1950 Buick grille here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/bobby__emm/3893345905/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/riels/13954913897/ |
