"Yvon52" is right, it's definitely a 1932 Cadillac, 7-passenger sedan [or limousine if it has a partition]. The grille badge appears to have a black cloisonne background; that would make it a "Series 355B" with V-8 motor. But it could also be a dark blue background, making it a "Series 370B" with V-12 motor. It's definitely NOT a "Series 452B" with V-16 motor; the latter had a longer hood, with seven lateral vent doors.

The close-ups provided by "G-Mann" in the UK (thanks!) appear to confirm my theory as to the Cadillac's power plant being a V-8. You can almost make out the single figure "8" in the center of the "V" grille badge. Also it does appear to have a partition and glass between the front and rear compartments; that would make it a limousine (sedanca) rather than a sedan (saloon). The emblem atop the radiator shroud is not the original Cadillac "goddess" or "heron" for that year; it is more likely the Chinese emperor's own symbol of office. So, I'm thinking "Fleetwood" style #4975. See this page of my "Cadillac Database:

As a matter of interest, the last emperor of China, Pu Yi, did have a custom-built 1933 Cadillac V-16 limousine which is available in 1/18 scale for the toy collectors among you. Check out this page of my "Cadillac Database":
