There was also a fleet of taxis launched by Andre himself, but these would have white stripes visible from here: http://lecruchon2.free.fr/1924_Citroen-B2-Landaulet/Citroen_pub_1923_1.jpg

A B10 would have been brand new at the time this was filmed. My suggestion would be a 1922+ B2 Landaulet Grand Luxe. There was also a fleet of taxis launched by Andre himself, but these would have white stripes visible from here:
