Have been tidying up the Pullmans and ended up with a couple of questions I can't solve - - when did Mk1 name start being used? http://www.humber.org.uk/Chassis_Nos.htm suggests 1945 (but puts Imperial Mk1 as 1939). At the moment, I've put all 1936-47 cars as Mk1 because the're basically the same, but this can be adjusted. - when did one-piece windscreen arrive (as this one)? Can't find any reference to this change, but it definitely happened ... |

See discussion at /vehicle_887552-Humber-Pullman-1939.html which may include this particular car, although maybe not with the plates shown - there is some naughtiness afoot - however this is probably now a 1945+ Pullman as stated by johnfromstaffs. |
