1977, based on grille/rear fender skirt.

But this movie was shot in 1974-1975, how can it be 1977?

Good point. But that certainly resembles a '77 front end to me in thumbnail #1.
Comments, anyone?
(If movie year is in fact correct, it appears that someone put a Mark IV front end on a regular Continental.)

The body and windows are from the earlier Continentals, Looks most like a 1973 model with a Mark IV grill attached. Note the front fenders do not have corner lights on the tips, the slope of the rear door window (from 1975 it was almost vertical), and the shape of the front bumper (it's not quite the huge 1974 bumper).

It's a 1973 converted by Phaeton. The coach lamps on either side of the grille are Phaeton-specific touch. See 51:54: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Ev7tkQns38 for a screenshot of the coach lamps (seeing that the thumbs have since disappeared).

It's a Phaeton Limousine by Eagle Coach Co., Dallas, Texas (not to confuse with the other Eagle Coach Co. of Amelia, Ohio). The company traded as Eagle Coach of Dallas 1972-77, before it became Phaeton Coach Corp. 1977-82.

This may be the white limousine that was later purchased by Elvis Presley: Link to "bid.gwsauctions.com"

Quote This 1973 Lincoln Continental limousine was personally owned and driven by Elvis Presley, and is the last limousine that the King ever purchased. The limo was purchased by Elvis in December, 1975 after he saw the vehicle in a movie, and because the automobile was built especially for the big screen, Elvis set out to purchase the one of a kind limo the next day.
