Perhaps it is. Although strange, that with this design they were badged as "Otoyol" or as "Iveco". Truck from 1991/1992 catalogue has only Otoyol badge. On the other hand the very old ones (made by Otoyol) were badged just as Fiat: /vehicle_301271-Fiat-50-NC.html

It could also possiblity an old Iveco due to the Italian indicators.

It's a IVECO, sure. But, more probably local built.

The truck is too new for "Italian indicators" and cab modifications are indeed Turkish.
Edit. The smallest Otoyotal made Iveco seems was 35.9. For very big this one doesn't look.

Please change to Iveco 35.9 not just 35; this cab model can be seen on models of back to 1977.

It reads 35.9 in the second and third thumbinal pictures. :D
