 After I've rewatched the scene and paying attention to the letters above front fender, I'm thinking in a sort of 49-50 Lincoln Cosmopolitan Limousine. Comments?

 1949 Lincoln Custom Limousine , based on an extended Cosmopolitan chassis.Similar cars were used by the White House.
