Car appears to have been originally red...it's even more obvious in the scene where it rolls over and the rear glass shatters, making the rear hatch floor (stripped of carpeting) visible. This would have been a pretty little car when it was new.  |

Man, the 64-65 were so much better looking in the front grill. The 66 looks like a Falcon from the front, Boring. |

Throughout the movie they called this car a Cougar, the captions say "Cougar" as well so I don't think it's "'Cuda" misheard. Weird... |

is the audio commentary the actors mentioned that this was a piece a crap, that after filming it was offered to buy it for 500 $ and nobody wanted it , and that today it would be worth 5 figures due to movie's cult status |
