I think it is a 1950 Leyland Strømmen Coach. The buses with registration No. A-15871 and A-15873 look the same and is given as Leyland Strømmen 1950, with only the Strømmen brand in front.

So the make is not Strommen the way it is? How about Leyland-Strommen Rutebuss? I don't think it was known as Coach though, but you're the expert. Welcome to IMCDb btw, of godt nyttaar!

Takk Sigurd/Lateef, Im no expert Im just a colletor of old norwegian car photos and Im interested in old cars and busses. But in this case your a better expert than me Strømmen is the make, Leyland is only suplier of engines. These buses is called Buss and not Coach and they where produced between 1948 and 1950. They produced similar buses after 1952 on Leyland chassis. According to this site: http://www.sporveismuseet.no/a-177/Den%20videre%20utviklingen.htm

sorry for messing things up, your doing a great job.

Haha, you're welcome! :D

Don't worry, you're not messing things up, in fact, I'm quite happy to know more about these buses, as they are a part of a pretty interesting chapter in Norwegian auto-history. It's great to see another Norwegian user on the site, too :)
