This is Rudolph Valentino in, I believe, his 1923 Voisin. Which is now at The Nethercutt Museum in Sylmar, California:

That FIAT looks interesting - apart from the drum headlights it looks much earlier than 1924 - more like 1914. It is probably one of the big Poughkeepsie-built models rebuilt.
