Perhaps a Shiguli. In the official GDR-term, often Lada's, used by authorities, were called Shiguli. But I have no idea, when exactly. |

In all COMECON countries* (in GDR for sure too) the 2103 was first available as "VAZ 2103 Zhiguli" (same like there were only VAZes 2101 Zhiguli at the beginning) and later has been renamed to "Lada 1500". This one is not older than 1974, so we can risk and name it Lada. Edit: perhaps vents in C-pillars are black - ca 1976+ - this way we can call it Lada (the change of brand was somwhere in 75). *In Poland AFAIK was never available as Zhiguli, because it was introduced here later, in ca 1975, when was already renamed. -- Last edit: 2012-12-24 22:23:05 |
