Its actually a 1998-1999 because of the blue oval being mounted in the "mouth" instead of above it and the red (versus amber) turn signal lights. It also seems to have the DOHC badge which would indicate an SE since I don't think the LX came with it. -- Last edit: 2009-06-26 02:05:57 |

It's odd that wheelcovers and the DOHC engine would be on the same Taurus. I would think only the Vulcan OHV engine Tauruses would have wheelcovers. -- Last edit: 2009-06-27 06:02:30 |

Maybe they were changed from alloys to steels after the car was bought for whatever reason. |
